Apply for vendor space during Indiana Black Expo’s (IBE) 2024 Summer Celebration Outdoor Concert at IU Michael A. Carroll Stadium.

All applicants MUST submit their application with menu prices for Food Trucks. Indiana Black Expo will select and notify food and retail vendors by Friday, April 19, 2024. Due to the limited space available at the venue and to offer attendees a variety of food items and affordable food prices, Indiana Black Expo will be selective in approving food truck applications. This application does not guarantee your participation.

The deadline for all applications is March 22, 2024, at 11:59 pm. IBE will notify selected vendors of their selection status by April 19, 2024 Vendors will need to make payment in full by April 29, 2024 to secure their position.
