The Summer Celebration Exhibition Hall encapsulates the spirit and cultural richness of the African American community through a diverse array of activities and programs. The Exhibition Hall offers a unique opportunity to engage with the over 300 Black-owned businesses, learn about the valuable resources from large corporations and key stakeholders, while enjoying an atmosphere of music, fashion and interactive activities.

Boxing

The Indiana Black Expo Midwest Invitational Boxing Showcase is a dual competition between top amateur boxing teams from across Indiana, Ohio, Texas, and Missouri. The competition brings boxers from all skill levels and weight classes. The events are governed under the sanction of USA Boxing.

When: June 29th & 30th at Noon

Fashion Show

IBE’s Fashion Show showcases some of the best of the best in the fashion industry. Dozens of models of all ages and experience will utilize IBE’s Fashion Show to build their portfolios and highlight top brands in the industry.

When: June 29th at 4:30PM

Man Made Improv

This high-quality, unorthodox, hilarious variety show is hosted by J. Bland Made Man. The experience is filled with unscripted improv games, comical sketches, interactive crowd participation, and the best music voyages with DJ Boogie Bang. This one-of-a-kind show is full of culture, community, and laughs on top of laughs. This years show has been curated and hand crafted for people of all ages with our cities teens as the focal point.

Textures Institute of Cosmetology Hair Show

A competition of who can match the theme of an Evening of Elegance. Beauticians and Barbers will compete against each other to see who is the best and for the grand prize of $1,000 for each top stylist.

When: Saturday, June 29th at 1PM

Gospel Explosion

We begin and end our celebration with praise! Prepare to be uplifted by the soul-stirring rhythms and heavenly melodies IBE’s Gospel Explosion! Join us for an electrifying celebration of faith and community as talented choirs, and dynamic entertainers come together to ignite spirits and light up hearts. From traditional hymns to contemporary praise, experience the power of gospel music like never before in an unforgettable explosion of joy, love, and divine inspiration.
