Youth Leadership Summit

Indiana Black Expo’s annual statewide Youth Leadership Summit is a high-energy, two-day experience designed to ignite purpose and empower the next generation of leaders. Middle and high school students will engage in dynamic, hands-on sessions that build essential leadership skills, expand STEM knowledge, and strengthen academic and social success.

Rooted in IBE’s commitment to developing future changemakers, the Summit also highlights the power of civic engagement. Students from IBE’s AmplifyU Institute will take center stage to showcase their civic engagement capstone projects, demonstrating real-world impact, innovative thinking, and a deep commitment to community advancement.

Through interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, and meaningful peer connections, participants will be challenged to lead with confidence, think boldly, and take action in their schools and communities. This is more than a conference, it’s where leaders rise, voices are amplified, and futures are shaped.
