On behalf of Indiana Black Expo Inc., thank you for your generous support and commitment as a valued sponsor. Your partnership plays a critical role in helping us deliver impactful programming and create meaningful experiences for our community.
As we prepare our promotional materials and event assets, we kindly request your marketing collateral to ensure your brand is properly represented. Sponsors will have the option to upload their logo and advertisement for inclusion in the official event guide and related promotions.
Please submit all materials by May 15, 2026.
To complete your submission, please provide the following:
- Organization/Company Name
- Website landing page link
- Exhibition Hall PAA Announcement (if applicable)
- Upload your logo (high-resolution PNG or vector format preferred)
- Upload your advertisement for the event guide
Submitting your materials by the deadline ensures inclusion across digital promotions, printed materials, event signage, and announcements.
