As a beloved tradition of our Summer Celebration, this annual showcase brings legendary artists to the stage for a night of unforgettable music under the open sky. It’s the ultimate Red- Hot Summer vibe – iconic talent, a vibrant crowd, and the magic of live music lighting up the night!

Tickets go on sale Monday, April 28th, 2025 @ 10 AM.

Celebrating Music Legends

IBE’s Summer Celebration Music Heritage Festival is a showstopping centerpiece of the summer, pulsing with the rhythm, soul, and legacy of Black music and culture. More than just a concert, it’s a powerful celebration of iconic musical legends and rising stars alike — a vibrant gathering that brings the community together in an unforgettable tribute to the sounds that have shaped generations. Accessible, electric, and deeply meaningful, this festival is where culture comes alive, and connection thrives!

Music Heritage Festival Food Vendor Application

All applicants MUST submit their application with menu prices for Food Trucks. Indiana Black Expo will select and notify food and retail vendors on May 5, 2025.

Due to the limited space available at the venue and to offer attendees a variety of food items and affordable food prices, Indiana Black Expo will be selective in approving food truck applications. Food trucks will be given a 20×20 booth space, and retail merchandise vendors will be given a 10×15 booth space. The food truck price is $620, and the retail merchandise vendor’s price is $725. This application does not guarantee your participation.

Deadlines & Dates

  • April 21, 2025, at 11:59 pm: Application Deadline
  • May 5, 2025: IBE will notify selected vendors of their selection status 
  • May 19, 2025: Fees must be paid in full to secure your position
