    The Employment Opportunity Fair will be held Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 12 pm - 5 pm in the 500 Ballroom at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis. Employers with the purchase of their exhibit space will receive (1) 8x10 draped exhibit space. 8’ skirted table, identification sign, (2) chairs, and (2) complimentary boxed lunches.

I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by the Indiana Convention Center and IBE as they relate to the EOF. This signed contract constitutes a binding legal agreement. Please read contract carefully. Retain a copy for your records. IBE reserves the right to assign booth locations and accept or reject any application.
